Prices:
  • All pricing is F.O.B. City of Cerritos, CA, U.S.A.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Seller not responsible for any typographical errors.
  • Special pricing subject to minimum order requirements.
Order:
  • All orders are freight pre-paid by customer.
  • Customer can place the order by fax, e-mail, USPS, or telephone. Ink Master strongly recommended all order to be submitted by fax or e-mail in order to avoid any mis-communications.
  • Any special order can not be placed by phone and specified as un-cancelable order. Customer will be charged 20% restocking fee for cancellation of special order.
Back Order:
  • Ink Master will notify you when product is not on hand. Back order status will not be entered unless customer specifies. All back order is considered as special order.
Customer Drop Ship Policy
  • All drop ship order (Purchase Order) must be transmitted by fax, e-mail, USPS mail, or phone. When purchase order is taken by phone, Ink Master will confirm all purchase order information regarding product(s) items and quantities and 'Ship To' address, shipping method. (See customer phone order form)
  • Multi address drop ship also available.
  • If you send the purchase order by fax, e-mail or USPS mail, customer must have detail information on their purchase order.
  • All drop ship order will classified as residential delivery rate unless specified on the purchase order or inform to us.
Shipping:
  • UPS Ground shipping is default otherwise customer specifies.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.
  • When customer receives damaged box, it is the customer's responsibility to report to carrier immediately. Ink Master will not be responsible for any unreported damage goods.
Returns:
  • The advise of the seller's technical staff is available to the trade, but the seller does not control or supervise the subsequent use of such advise or the installation of its products or the use of its products for sale and therefore does not warrant or guarantee such advise.
  • Will not be accepted without a valid Product Return Authorization. Ink Master will issue the RMA number for all return however customer has to ship the return good to Ink Master. Ink Master will reimburse the cost the return for defectives only. 70% of content of product must be remained with the product.
  • Ink Master will issue RMA and Return Product Label to you not to your customer except Drop Ship Order.
Conditions of Return:
  • All return must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Ink Master Customer service.
  • All return must be in original box with original insert or sufficient packaging material to prevent any movement and avoid damage during transit. Especially all drum units must be re-packing carefully in order to protect from scratch.
  • All return will be examined, inspected, and tested for credit.
  • Return must be made within 30 days after we issued RMA number.
  • 75% of content of product must be remained with the product in applicable product.
Restocking Fee:
  • 20% restocking fee will be allowed when product returned under condition as described below:
    1. Customer Hardware no longer available
      • Customer is responsible to return the product back to Ink Master in order to receive credit.
    2. Customer ordered wrong product
      • Customer has to pay for shipping the cartridge back to us.
      • Customer is responsible to return the product back to Ink Master in order to receive credit.
      • If the box, inner bag, or seal has been broken, credit may not be applied to your account.
    3. Refused order.
      • Customer will charge back the cost of shipping & 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
    4. Unused Product.
    5. Lack of Installation Information.
  • When returned product was defined as customer abuse, wrongful use, forced, modification, customer will not receive credit.
  • Return must be made in original box and inserts.
  • If defective comes from printing problem such as faded or lined print, it is required to mail the printed copy of page along with defective cartridge in order to expedite proper credit to your account.
Replacement Product:
  • Ink Master guarantee our product to perform, therefore if any of our customer received defective product, Ink Master will replace the product with identical specification product any time under condition of warranty.
  • Ink Master will ship to customer with identical product by UPS Ground with no charge. If customer wants expedite the product to be shipped to their destination, customer will responsible for the cost of the shipping.
  • Any circumstance, the cost of replacement product will be charge to your account and the cost will be credited to your account after return arrived our facility.
  • Replacement product will be shipped immediately when product is available. Ink Master will not be liable for any delay in the performance of orders, shipment of goods, or for nay loss or damage suffered by the buyer for any reason by reason of such delay, whether or not the day is the result of the seller's negligence.
Delays:
  • Seller will not be liable for any delay in the performance of orders, shipment of goods, or for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer for any reason by reason of such delay, whether or not the day is the result of the seller's negligence.
Limitations of Damages:
  • Seller has made an effort to determine that the materials shipped are of good commercial quality. In the event any material is defective due to faults in the manufacture or packaging or through any fault of the seller, Buyer shall notify seller immediately, stating full particulars in support of his claim, and seller will either replace the good upon return of the defective or unsatisfactory material, or seller consequential or other damages, loss or expenses in connection with, or by reason of, the use of the inability to use materials from the seller for any reason. Upon request, Ink Master can ship the replacement product upon request, however, the amount of replacement will be charged to you account.
Warranties:
  • The advice of the seller's technical staff is available to the trade, but the seller does not control or supervise the subsequent use of such advice or the installation of its products or the use of its products for sale and therefore does not warrant or guarantee such advice. All products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defect for a period of 180 days.
